Gingrich trends up and Romney's people knock him down, now he’s up again and ABC has decided to air an interview with his ex-wife this Friday – one day before the SC primary! How can anyone see this as anything but an attempt to affect the results of the election?
Why not just quote excerpts from the 2010 interview she gave Esquire magazine which was nothing short of scathing.
Why? Because ABC is hoping a reminder of his past indiscretions will sway South Carolina Christian Conservatives away from Gingrich to another. Don’t let the main stream media will tell you different, Romney is Obama’s preferred opponent and liberals will stop at nothing to make sure it happens!
Sure, the Democrats will run ads against Romney in advance of the general election. But, that “deer in the headlights” look Romney displayed during the last debate won’t cut it against Obama , and they know it! “Romney Care” will make for great fodder as they constantly remind us it was the model for “Obama Care” and wait until they get ahold of his financial disclosures which will play well into their class warfare agenda.
Let’s face facts, Romney has been running for president the last eight years and still hasn’t won over conservatives. He has a small group of ardent supporters but does not excite the republican base. Republican’s say the will support the eventual nominee, but we pit a “quasi-conservative” up against Obama last time and you see where that got us. You can bet the liberals are reminded of this as well.
Yes, Gingrich is the real threat to another four years of Obama’s socialist agenda. Perry’s out this afternoon, Santorum doesn’t have the money or the name recognition to go much further, and Ron Paul’s foreign policy views scare people to death.
Sure he has skeletons in his closet, but so do they all. Gingrich at least is experienced enough to think quickly on his feet when pressed on issues instead of pausing twenty seconds while crafting a reply. He’ll do well against Obama in a debate as he has consistently out-performed his fellow nominees in each debate up until now, and he speaks the truth when he claims he’s the only one in this election that has in fact has balanced the federal budget.
Yes, Gingrich’s the one. We may have preferred another, but he’s what we’ve got, and don’t let others sway your opinion differently. Because if you do, it will be hard, if not impossible, to undo the damage another four years Obama’s agenda will do to this nation.

Fri, 2012-01-20 09:25Ok - so they decided Friday was too close to the SC primary and released the interview a day early. How nice of ABDNC!
